As you enter your 30's, 40's and beyond, you're beginning to notice that you put on weight more easily... and now it's getting harder to lose.

Before you even think about googling another diet to try I want you to know that fasting, eating low carb, low fat or low calorie can sometimes actually STOP you from losing weight!!

Diet and exercise might not even be your issue.

Weight gain is often caused by other underlying drivers, and it can also be a sign of other health conditions, that need to be addressed at the root cause before you start shedding those unwanted kilos.

In fact there are specific pathology tests to consider if you can't lose weight (including tests that the GPs may have missed).
